These asanas helps in effective and perfect functioning of all the organs of the body by intelligently controlling the functioning of the mind that promotes for both physical and mental fitness. The basic and foremost type of yogasanas is the standing asana or Surya Namaskar which means bowing the sun. This asana benefits a lot in maintaining the physical stability and stamina. It helps in energizing the upper most part of the body.

Back bend asana is opposite to that of forward bend asana. In this asana, the anterior spine is to be extended so that the physical and mental sharpness can be improved.

Of course the above asanas seems to be difficult and hard to perform at initial stages. But practicing these asanas on regular basis turns them to be so easy. But remember one thing, to enjoy the great benefits of yogasanas; they must be practiced regularly without any breaks.
