Yoga, an ancient medication which doesn’t use any medicines but includes only physical exercises and postures that helps to cure and prevent many diseases which in turn benefits a lot to maintain healthy body and mind is categorized into different types which are as follows.

Bhakti yoga

Different ways are used to practice this bhakti yoga which includes performing prayers, singing the devotional songs, making the habit of reading devotional or religious books, chanting various slogans that include praising of God, so on and so forth. Practicing bhakti yoga ultimately leads to the improvement in the character of every person in such a way that he/she shows love towards the co-existing creatures and helps in concentrating on the almighty existence.

The combination of the two extremes ha and tha is nothing but the hatha yoga. Practicing hatha yoga benefits both physically and mentally.

Kundalini yoga
